POLICY
Early Arrivals
Customers arriving 10 minutes prior to the Strat of their appointment times are welcome.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may receive their planned treatment only for the remainder of the booked time period if the staff are busy.
Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their appointment once.
Alleges and injuries
Before your first appointment with us you will be asked to complete a new customer record sheet, you can tell us your likes and dislikes, any injuries you may have. We want you to enjoy your time with us. If you have any questions please ask your massage therapist.
